The Board is aware of a problem with the Notice of Opposition form occurring when an opposer enters more than 49 pleaded marks. Please do not enter more than 49 registrations in the ESTTA form until further notice. Opposer's additional trademarks can be referenced in the attached pleading.
NEW!!!! You may now file confidential submissions in inter partes proceedings. Select the "Confidential Opposition, Cancellation or Concurrent Use" option listed in the drop-down menu under "File Documents in a Board Proceedings."
• NOTE: If you are filing an extension of time to oppose on behalf of multiple potential opposers and against a single application, you must enter an extension request for each potential opposer. Failure to do so may result in an inaccurate calculation of fees upon the filing of a notice of opposition to the detriment of one or more opposers. See Trademark Rule 2.101.
